Bitget AVAX Withdrawal Fees + How to Pay 20% Less

Quick answer: AVAXC-Chain is the cheaper network for a Bitget AVAX withdrawal; AVAXX-Chain costs a bit more.
Avalanche runs multiple chains under one asset, and Bitget exposes withdrawal to more than one of them — the fee difference between them is small in absolute terms, but not zero.
| Network | Withdrawal fee |
|---|---|
| AVAXC-ChainCheapest | 0.0064 AVAX |
| AVAXX-ChainPriciest | 0.008 AVAX |
C-Chain vs X-Chain
Most AVAX activity — DeFi, smart contracts, most wallets — happens on the C-Chain. The X-Chain is Avalanche’s original exchange-focused chain, still supported by Bitget but less commonly the default in most wallets. Confirm which one your destination actually expects before you withdraw; sending to the wrong chain address format is a real way to lose funds, not just pay a slightly higher fee.
Why the gap is small here
Unlike BTC’s native-vs-wrapped split or POL’s Ethereum-vs-Polygon gap, both AVAX networks here are first-party Avalanche chains, not a bridge or a wrapped-token bridge onto a foreign chain. That’s why the fee difference is modest instead of the 10x-plus gaps seen elsewhere on this site.
